How will my order be
shipped?
Your order will be shipped by the best
carrier for the size, weight or value of your order. We
ship using UPS and the US Post Office only. If you wish us
to send your order through one of the above carriers only,
please let us know in the special instructions box during
check out.
How long will it take to
receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours
Monday through Friday, you should receive your order 1 - 5
days thereafter. Additionally, you will receive a shipment
notification or a tracking number sent to the email
address on your order.
How will my charge show
on my credit card statement?
Your order will read JENRAY,
CA on your statement. There is not website
address displayed on any charge or no indication of what
was purchased.
Are there any gay or
sexual markings on your packaging?
Absolutely not. We ship in plain boxes or boxes
supplied by the US Post Office only. All labels are
computer generated with our
return address only. There are no addition
markings or website address, nor anything else that would
indicate what you have ordered or from what website.
Do you sell or divulge
my email or address information?
Never. Your email address, personal and
financial information is kept private. We will never
divulge your contact or personal
information to anyone for any reason what-so-ever.
Will you place me on a
postal mail list?
No. We do not send out flyers, advertisements
or any other documents through the mail. We do not
maintain a postal mail list and never intend to, period.
What happens if my order
is damaged?
If your
contents are damaged, please make a
notation of the damage and
email us so that we
can resolve your loss. Please discard damaged product
responsibly and DO NOT attempt to return damaged product
to us.
Do you SPAM email your
customers?
No. We think it is horrible when companies
continuously email their customers after
placing an order. We plan, on the rare occasion, to email
our customers no more than 3 times per year when there is
a significant change to our website or when we decide to
reward our valued customers with a special sales event.
How long have you been in business?
We have been selling on the internet
continuously for over 10 years. We have operated retail
stores since 1989. Customer service is our expertise.
